Planning and Paying for College

Area high school students and their parents are invited to attend "Planning and Paying for College" workshops to be held on January 21, 2006.

Rep. Tom Davis will be hosting two "Planning and Paying for College" workshops. These programs are designed for students and parents to better understand college financial aid opportunities. This program will provide free information about applying and qualifying for financial aid, understanding financial aid reports, borrowing for college and the differences in federal student loan programs.

Discussions will focus on the following aspects of college financing:

  • Grants and Scholarships

  • The Financial Aid Process

  • Financial Aid Forms

  • Free Information Resources


    • "Planning and Paying for College" workshops will be held on January 21, 2006 at:

    Fairfax, VA
