Davis, Moran, Fairfax County Arts Council Announce Congressional Arts Competition

FAIRFAX, VA - Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.) with Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) and the Arts Council of Fairfax County are pleased to announce the annual Congressional Art Competition, part of a nationwide art competition for high school students organized by the U.S. House of Representatives and held each spring.
