Congressman Tom Davis presents the "2006 Tom Davis Hispanic Leadership Recognition Award" to four individuals from Northern Virginia at a ceremony on October 17, 2006. Each year, in the spirit of Hispanic Heritage Month, Davis recognizes outstanding Hispanic leaders who have distinguished themselves through their contributions to the advancement of Hispanic Americans in the Washington area.
